Terms Of Service

General Terms of Service 

Clint Brewer PHOTO LLC ("we," "our," or "us") provides photography and video production services to B2B marketing and sales teams. By hiring us or interacting with our website, you agree to the following terms:

  • Project Scope & Payment: Work begins after a signed agreement and a 50% deposit. Remaining balance is due 15 days after the invoice date. No usage rights are granted until full payment is received.

  • Revisions: Most projects include a two-step revision process. Additional changes may incur fees, unless due to our error.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on timing, clients may be responsible for incurred expenses and up to 50% of project fees.

  • Rights & Licensing: Clients receive non-exclusive rights as defined in individual agreements. All visual content remains the copyrighted property of Clint Brewer PHOTO LLC unless otherwise agreed.

  • Travel: Travel outside the DFW area will be billed separately, including time and expenses.

All media created by Clint Brewer PHOTO LLC is protected by U.S. Copyright Law. Clients receive limited usage rights based on contract terms. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our media is strictly prohibited.

Refund & Return Policy

As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds once services have been rendered. However, we are committed to delivering high-quality work and will address any concerns on a case-by-case basis. If you're unhappy with the outcome, please reach out directly so we can work toward a resolution.

Payment Providers

While we currently do not accept payments through our website, we may utilize platforms such as Stripe, Wix Payments, and GoCardless for invoicing and transactions in the future. These providers process payments securely and handle all financial data per their own privacy policies.

For larger productions—multi-day shoots, multiple deliverables, or cinematic style production quality—we scale efficiently, delivering high-impact results without big-agency overhead. Ongoing clients benefit from additional cost efficiencies through long-term collaboration.

    ● Photography projects vary based on scope. A full-day production shoot averages $2,500, including planning, on-site photography, and post-production. Portrait sessions are available at a lower rate.

    ​● Ongoing Asset Library support is the most cost-effective way to maintain a steady stream of high-quality content. We can craft a custom quarterly or monthly retainer to keep your team’s visuals fresh, strategic, and readily available.

  • Yes, we hold a FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, meaning we are certified to operate drones safely and legally for commercial projects. This also allows us to work with the FAA to secure special clearances when flying near airports or in controlled airspace. If your project requires aerial footage in a restricted zone, we handle the approvals to ensure a smooth and compliant shoot.
