Meridiana set out to become one of the Houston area’s most thoughtfully designed master-planned communities—blending lifestyle, education, and outdoor connection into a singular living experience. But because of its location slightly farther south than competing developments, they needed to show potential buyers what set them apart. Through real homeowner stories, immersive visuals, and a content-rich campaign, we helped them do exactly that—and the results speak for themselves.

Project Overview
This project spanned over eight production days and resulted in a full-scale film and photography campaign built to drive sales, visibility, and long-term brand equity for the Meridiana development.
Deliverables included:
The flagship community story film plus six individual homeowner testimonial videos
A fully-categorized image library showcasing:
Builder model homes across lot sizes
On-site elementary and junior high schools (including one under construction)
Dozens of community amenities—pools, parks, trails, clubhouse, splash pads, lakes, and event spaces
Lifestyle photography and video with residents, families, and outdoor recreationAerial footage across all locations, captured from sunrise to sunset with our FAA Part 107-certified team
Impact:
This campaign played a pivotal role in Meridiana’s Phase 1 success, helping the development sell out more than two years ahead of schedule—and setting the stage for Phase 2 construction far earlier than anticipated. Through video storytelling and a deep visual asset library, Meridiana was able to show exactly what makes their community feel like home.
